I am going to use VRL only if there is no other choice. Worst service. Person sitting is very rude. Every time when item arrives, we have to give photo copy of our identity card. Very old technology and waste of time, paper. Even if we have mobile phone with us and they can identify us by mobile, they do not give parcel. Also if item arrives in company name, they insist on company seal and do not release even if we have other valid IDs. Even if we say we will get the required document later, they will not release the item.
