Kannankandy EStore - Mavoor Road

I had a very bad experience from Kannankandy.nI bought an air cooler. When I unpacked it at home the cooler seems to be an old stock item and was not working properly.nWhen I contacted the customer service they were not helpful. I reached the shop and they were arrogant and told to contact the company.nnThe shop sold a defective product and was arrogant. They don't know about after sales support.nnവളരെ മോശം സ്ഥാപനം.nകേടായ ഉപ്‌കരണം വിൽപന നടത്തുന്ന ഒരു സ്ഥാപനം ആണ് കണ്ണൻക്കണ്ടി.

Bought an daikins AC yesterday. Same spec AC is way lot cheaper in reliance though... But thought of helping local dealers rather than ambani... But was disappointed in hearing that no free delivery is there and was told at the last moment after payment . But good customer service and polite staff..

You will be treated like a vip if you have come to buy an ac or led tv.. Otherwise you have to fend for yourself..

*Helpful staff. Bought my washing machine and a the dishwasher, so far no problems faced.
