We went for a quotation for office. As we don't have much technical knowledge they convinced as with a few laptops and said it is the best suitable laptops for office. We made purchase of R.S 20000.nwhile working from office laptops use to stuck. No support from My G.nnPurchase electronics from other retailers. They will not cheat you like this, and you will get with best price. My G is a waste.

I am very much disappointed by their service. My screen was broken and gave them for repair with my 64gb memory card. After repair, the returned phone without memory card. When I asked about the same, they were not at all accepting the fact that card was missing.it made me buying a new SD card for my phone. I won't recommend any one of u this store as I can't assure the security of the gadgets which r getting repaired from here.

Extreme to extreme disappoint on choosing to visit your showroom and buy a electronic product. I had purchased a smart tv - Samsung 43inch in the middle of Jan'2021. Since I'm new to this City I din't realise my fault of accepting the product you gave on the same day without checking if it's used product or the display piece. The product is of no worth to me now becos it's less than a month of purchase, the product you handed over to me has internal damage. For checking about this I tried two days calling your office but no response , finally on the third day I got in touch with a in charge and he said that it's a physical damage. Alternatively I had raised a complaint with Company to know it.but the technical person who visited to look the damage could not identify any physical damage. May be this how you cheat your customer to shed extra money and way of doing business. Any person who has some idea can understand that if you term it has physical damage , then it's a customer fault.but I have a clear evidence to prove that there is no physical impact and only internal damage to it. Without even inspecting and only with a picture on of it, you have decided the impact. Please understand I have been using television for quite long and in other locations too. Never I experienced such a damage and that within a month of purchase, which the prove the quality of the product you deliver to customer. A tv which was used overnight and switched on the next day to see a damage internally and when enquired , you have labelled it's mistake of customer. Do you think customer are fools to provoke like this and make money. Felt I made a big mistake to step in and choose a product from your so called My G which has bad intentions to fool customers. Never I will recommend you to anyone.
