Totally unprofessional, my parcel was totally damaged even after it was well highlighted, handel with care. After complaining a very rude and poor response, as if I had broken the items intentionally. Very rude and unethical.

The staffs were constantly arguing among themselves. Couldn't figure out what the problem was. They didnt even help to take the heavy package to our car.
