A small mall in the city. Half of the mall is big bazar

Emerald Mall is actually famous for Big Bazaar. Almost half of the mall is occupied by them. Other part include some shops on the ground floor where you could get dress materials for men, women and kids; footwear, ladies fancy items etc. There is an optical showroom (Mother optics). On the other floors, there are some travel agencies and educational institution offices. The basement parking is minimal, but they have an open ground also.

Emerald Mall is located on Mavoor Road in the heart of the city of Kozhikode. Since it is so close to the KSRTC Bus stand, a lot of people come to the mall from all parts of Kerala. There are seven floors of shops and outlets of all leading local and international brands. Some of the stores include Big Bazaar, Cyber World, Vaibhav, Spear and more. There is a large prayer hall on the fifth floor. The mall is easy to navigate through, and you can easily find a store you’re looking for. There are banking services within the mall as well.
