Great meal and awesome ambiance. Very good adherence to the current protocols. And lastly, have to commend our waiter to service us patiently and taking care of our needs. Overall a wonderful experience. Make my week.

Been here on multiple occasions. One of my favourite restaurant chains. Best spot to hangout with friends or family. And it's kids friendly too.

Pathetic experience at the Calicut(kerala) outlet this evening. Booked 8pax for 5.30 pm and reached restaurant at 5.25 pm. The person in-charge checked the details and said he had already cancelled the order as we were late. We showed him in his phone that the time was just 5.29 when he informed us this.nnHe then started yelling at us and said he cannot provide food and we may find something else. The way he talked was so rude that we never expect from a renowned restaurant like 'Barbeque Nation'. We talked with him for almost 30 minutes and it was in vain.nnI strongly suggest the outlet owners to terminate this person at the earliest as he is so irresponsible and has zero percent respect to his customers.nnThank younn凸( •̀_•́ )凸nnAnd you should thank us, we didn't slap him for the best service
