Great gym....have both morning and evening batches ...they also have ladies only session... Friendly trainers.... Pocket friendly monthly fees structures... Friendly environment

It is one of the best fitness centre in kozhikode. This gym has a long history of both national and international athletes. They have adequate amount of equipments and wrights. There is trainers available but they lack in numbers hence individual care is not up to the mark. They have fairly affordable packages, there is enough space and air-circulation. It is nit air conditioned, but at this price range you can't really complain about that. A good place to keep your fitness in check.
