Great Service a the service centre with required social distancing norms for these times. Would suggest to book an appointment already through mi store before reaching the service centre.

Very Bad service, I have been there for 4-5 times, still didn't receive proper response from them and they ask me to come next time every time. Now finally I had to go for a new phone, because they were not able to assist me.

Well my experience is not up to the marks ... I'll already visit there.. staff is not professional when I ask them for spare parts of my specific device they starts manipulating me ..nThey telling me double price of every spare parts (( battery,dispaly,back panel )) as mentioned in mi sitenThere service is worst in my experiencenThey are only making money from customers and manipulate with wrong informationnnXIAOMI is cheap Chinese brand which steels user datanAnd their after sale service is ridiculously bad
