They think customer is not aware of what they are doing. Customer engagement is good but service is really bad. They did first free service of my ford freestyle and believe me they have done only washing and no one did service or inspect engine , Service advisor checked engine oil in front of me after handover - Do they think customer is fool.nnI have heard lot of good service of ford but this is really disappointment. After feedback given they came to me and requested for the good review.nnIf customer is satisfied they will give you good review and you don't need to ask for one.

Got Ford Fiesta checked for some warning symbol blinking on dash board. But the staff was more interested in convincing me to get the service done & filters changed than finding out the problem.

They think customers are fool. We did running board paint job from there and after few months it started peeling off. This is absolutely disappointing. Let me know whom to escalate.
