Jet Airways has pathetic service at bag and baggage counter. Jet Airways staff is not responsive. They are irresponsible and unprofessional people. Jet Airways damaged my bag and after that they were not responding to me properly even they don't wanted take the responsibility of my baggage. I asked them to get repaired my bag or give me my money but they refused. And not only my bag was damaged but inside my bag precious glassware was also broken when there was a sticker on my bag of fragile.nnI recommend you if you have some solid baggage then only you can travel by Jet Airways.nGood thing: food quality is good.
