They are rude on phone call, but not as bad as other reviews say, quite good. Can't say very good because just had one booking with them and spoke to them for just like 15-20 mins

Here you can't make enquiries if you have booked tickets online otherwise you will get bad response from staffs. Why travels like Royal chabra mentioned this in their online ticket as boarding point.

Not about travels..but about staff's behavior with new persons in city nagpur. Very rude towards us as we ask about bus timeing of another bus.
