I have purchased a air conditioner recently.. service is so bad .have to call 100 s time for installation and it takes 10 days to install 1 ac that to not satisfactory..water continued to dribble till date..very disappointingnThe staff named praveen from whom the deal was confirmed , very unprofessional and a big liar.after 8-9 days finally some worker came to install ac,. They were so unprofessional and inexperienced. Will never recommend to anybody..this is just unfair, very diadisappoint deal.atleast not expected from fair deal..the name is just trap

They are selling used product.Dont buy anything from them.and if you complain them they say we our not fairdeal

I just purchased a 1 tonne LG 5 star AC last week....the staff named Praveen in the shop was the one who coordinated from the shop and I had purchased the AC after making a complete cash payment of 36k on friday. Once the AC got delivered at my place on Saturday and Praveen had promised that he will make sure to install the AC at my place by Sunday...but he failed to do it. ..then on Monday he sent two unprofessional guys for installation. Those guys just hung the AC on the wall and left without connecting it to the main switch. Then I called Naveen and asked him why they didn't connect the AC so he said he will send them again for installation. But it's been 1 week no one arrived at my place. And later Praaveen stopped responding. Also it was informed to me that the delivery will be free but when the AC reached my place they started demanding money...so when I called Praveen for this he said sir 200 is not a big deal pay him... Do not buy anything fr this shop highly unfair they are....and if u end up buying then do not pay them complete amount as their behaviour will change after receiving money.

The dealer is not worth buying anything. They are arrogant and rude.nOnly the name FAIR dosen't make the dealer GOOD. They are totally unfair with the customers.nThere is delay in delivery and installation of any of the appliances.nI have ordered LG AC on 31st March, 2020 and the dealer made a deal to deliver the AC on 1st April and Installation on 2nd, but till now I haven't received my AC.nThe same thing happened when I bought a furniture from its partner shop FAIR HOME. ud83eudd2cud83eudd2cud83eudd2c
