Staff just works for their payment. They don't care about customers needs. Daily cleanliness and other things are not done. The manager of the hotel is rude and only wants money to be deposited every now and then. The other people want tip for doing nothing. The only reason to give 3 stars is that the owner of the hotel was polite and helped to fix all the problems that were faced. He promised that these issues will be fixed and the staff will be dealt appropriately to avoid such issues. Rest of the things about the hotel was good like the rooms, the furniture, beds, bathrooms, toiletries, etc. Make sure to discuss all the issues before booking room.
