OYO 5408 Loharkar's Family Hotel

Very good ambience. Good people. Very nearer to Airport n Railway station.

Stayed here for almost two weeks. The counter staff and restaurant staff are very friendly. Parking space is available. The breakfast spread is good.

A cozy family hotel with a very co-operative staff. Consider this pocket friendly hotel when with your family around humpyard road.

I had Booked this Hotel using Oyo App, and i had Booked Small one Room for Rs. 1028 and After Applying Various Promo Codes, i got the Final Price at Rs. 750. I was Expecting some better Quality of Room, because of Loharkar Name. I heard it from Lots of Peoples, But When i saw the Room, I was Totally Disappointed.n1. ROOM Size : Room Size is Very Very Small, For solo person is Ok, But at The same price i had Got Bigger Room in Other Oyo Hotels.n2. AC not Working : If you look at the AC machine, i am sure you will not Turn it on. It was in Very pathetic Condition.n3. Less TV Channels : There was Only 2 Movies channel available, out of which One is not Working, and More Surprising that Marathi Channels are not Available.n4. Breakfast : Oh what a Poor Breakfast, they Offer White Poha and Curry of Chana and Cup of Tea at Rs. 55. I had Superb Breakfast with Lots of Variety in Other hotel at Same Price.n5.Small Size Bed : As the Room is Very small then the Bed was Even very Small, other hotels on Oyo Offers Double Bed for Single Person at Rs. 750.nnOverall it was Good Experience not very Nice. Loharkar has only Big Name but dont have Quality.

The room is big and decent. But the staff is not very cooperative. In breakfast only one item with tea is served so don't expect much. It's located centrally so not difficult to travel. You need to request them to change the sheets and give you fresh towels/hand towels. Good option if you get the booking in between Rs 800-950.
