Worst staff , specially senior staff , they don't have sense to talk to people , there service manager is not at all cooperating , .ients to open new account , other day they told me server not working ,so didn't help me opening account .nOther day at early morning I reached , in front of customer service manager there was nobody but still waited there for 30 min ,n when they ask me for doc , i didn't had Xerox copy of pancard n I request them to please take one fr me from branch, he rudely return my documents saying lekar aao , but I already searched for shop nearby as it was 9:30 in morning all shops were close , n likewisethey have wasted anytime but didntprovide one Xerox copy from branch office...
