Somehow helpful staff. Timing is only till 3:00 pm and entry allowed till 2:30 pm.

Poor service and not so knowledgable staff. Recently I visited this branch.. We are waiting in a long queue outside the building only to ensure social distancing but after going inside i saw they are busy with personal talks with their friend customer and even that friend customer was not allowed in to be queue, she was called inside directly.. Pathetic behaviornnThese old staff will deteriote the new recruits as well, surely.

Not possible to give 0 stars, which the branch deserves. They have issued the No dues certificate without any Signature and Stamp. And the same certificate was rejected by SBI's other branch. lol :) Such a professional inadequacy.

No wonder why sbi staff is infamous. They take customers for granted. Learn some ethics sbi staff if you are reading this! You are pathetic!
