Please consider a different branch. This branch has the worst service possible. Even their security guard knows more about the formal procedures than the employees. If you want peace of mind, open your account on branches closer to Nagpur's center. I agree that you might take more time to do the same thing if you have your account here, you will go there multiple times to get the same work done because the employees are useless. Very bad experience.
