It's the best place for gym maniacs to get their desired physique. Well planned gym with ample space for free weight exercise and cardio. Equipments are well maintained. The gym is having good ventilation and nice music for pumping iron.nThe senior coach is highly disciplined and gives good training to the amateurs and professional athletes.nIt's having yoga and zumba training and special woman coach for ladies.
