Very nice and cozy place to spend a relaxed weekend. The place has a terrace garden on 6th floor with nice view. Had stayed here earlier and visited again after 3 years in Jan.2021.....it is well maintained even now.

The stay here was horrible. The rooms are clean but lights are not working. TV services not recharge. I took my paralytic father for Mahalakshmi Darshan and want homely stay in this city so we book this home stay. Mr. Vipin who was owner of this service apartment did not bother to visit at the time of check in. He not even bother to arrange any other person for the same to explain or give keys. One lady who stays in servant apartment in this building gave us keys and open this flat. She was stinking badly. Unfortunately with all this experience we ask him to cancel our booking which he ask Rs. 2000/- as cancellation charges. I will never ever suggest this homestay to anyone.

Awesome place , well maintained, friendly ownernEcho friendly views i can not explain just visit and you will feel me !nApartment was fully equipped including essential food items like milk,biscuits etc.nEasy to findn5-10 min drive from CBS loved the place.

Beautiful place, with a sweet garden and small Jacuzzi by the side and facing towards all side of kolhapur and beautiful sunset and sunrise facing! Amazing host ud83dude0a
