Unique Automobile Shiroli's service is excellent as well as the office staff, working class, managers, security guards etc.nWe really realized that everyone is paying attention to how to deliver the car to the customer before the said time because we also have cars of other companies, we don't get such a good service there.nBut the service is unique to Unique Automobile.nI always feel that the customer knows exactly what they want and gives the right guidance and advice.nI also personally congratulate Abhijit Sir, the representative of Body Shop. His work is very good.nI am proud that we have taken the car to the right dealer and the expectation is that they will continue to provide the same service.

I required road side assistance in Kolhapur. It was provided in reasonable time. Then my vehicle was taken repair to workshop. Work was done fast and very efficient service was provided.

Hospitality is excellent but actual service is quite disappointing this year. Even after spending entire day for service, the Mechanic could not notice the sports mode problem. I was told that my vehicle is examined by computerized machine and no fault is noticed. Having past good experience, I have noted excellent remark in feedback form but it was mistake on my part. Ford is known for quality product and excellent service and therefore, I preferred it. Hope improvement at right time. Thank you.

Very pathetic service by mechanical work dept.My car was having some issues with acceleration but even after keeping it for 2 days n spending 5k problem wasn't detected properly n even manager was clueless about time to be taken for repair.nI suggest this service centre shud appoint good skilled n talented mechanics for prompt diagnosis and repair in time..Mechanics show high attitude.nHowever receptionist n front desk people are good and friendly...I believe that Ford India has high standards and young India has much hopes on these cars ..Ford should maintain its standard by giving service authority to Hard working,polite n brave people...thank u..

Pathetic service. I called them several times to arrange a driver for pickup and dropoff my car for servicing. Initially they told it would take Rs500 for pickup and drop, when I agreed they said they are not sure if the driver is available. :) They asked me to call after 2 days. When I called them after two days I was told the reception person who informs the driver is not responding. They asked me to call directly on a different number ending with 5205. When I tried calling the number I am getting switched off tone.nNever expected this kind of service from Ford. Who I felt were very responsive and cared about customer service.
