This review is to make people aware to be cautious while buying bikes from this showroom/kawasaki dealership (Mokshaa motorcycle)nnI had been speaking with the dealer and sales executive Rohan for almost 15 days and wanted to buy kawasaki ninja 1000sx specifically in green color. He assured me that they have it and as it wasn't available in pune hence I decided to buy it from kolhapur. I made full payment and all formalities were done and finally when bike was getting loaded in the trailer to get it delivered from the factory to the showroom, the sales executive told me that they don't have green color bike and only black and green is available.nnThis was a big shock to me and clear sign of sales executive not checking the product which he is selling. I was speechless as I had already paid the whole amount everything is planned and at the time when the bike is getting loaded the sales executive tells we don't have your colour. The manager told me we will not charge you the cancelation fee as if it was my fault to deduct the amount also he gave me an option of taking the verses 1000 instead which makes no sense. If I wanted verses I would have gone for it in the 1st place. One more option which he gave was to take the bike as is in black and green and then later on change the color of it which they would bare the expense for... which again is task in itself...nnAlthough I got my money back, I kept wondering that how come the person who is selling a product is not aware of what he is selling. The manager also told me that I wasn't the only one who had this issue there were 2 more people who booked for the bike asking for green colour and they didn't even know that they didn't have it till it was getting delivered. If I wasn't the only one who had faced this issue then how serious the matter is that the showroom is not even aware what product they have and what they are selling.nnIt wasn't only about getting the money back but it was too much of mental agony behind it. I have all call recordings where I specifically mentioned for green color and also said that pune showroom doesn't have it so I am buying it from you. This consumed a lot of my time, I was traumatized as I had already taken loan and paid for it and I didn't have the bike. I had paid for a specific number to the rto as well also had got the riding gear matching to the colour of the bike.nnKawasaki should also pay attention to such things as not very often someone will buy a superbike and while buying if something like this happens then ruins the whole purpose of it.nnI just meant to make people aware and to be cautious while buying any bikes and I have no other agenda behind it as I don't want anyone to go from the pain,agony & disappoint I went through.
