State Bank Atm

All the ATMs mainly in Imphal area (as my experiences are only confined to this area)need to be properly checked because the ATMs are not functioning the way it should be. Non-availability of cash, functionless machines, stop functioning in the middle of transactions, availability of fewer ATM booths in an area etc are some of the problems we are experiencing frequently. Above all the problems Non-availability of cash is what I personally experience the most if not mistaken others are also have the same experience as far as I am concerned. So if the bank personnel or those who are in responsible of this are reading this please do something progressive and make sure our problems got reduce to some extent. Thank you.

Atm is never working.. and the machine has problem.. lost my 5k here.. because the power went off in the middle of transaction and money didnt come out.. the bank also refused to take any responsibility..
