Average, without AC it is very difficult to seat there. I will recommend University students to rather go for Bipin. Otherwise it is good.

One of the largest auditoriums in the town. Multi storey. Air conditioned. Parking space is available. Comfortable sitting and good visibility . Auditorium can be hired for organising large seminars/workshop/events etc. Situated adjacent to the new Sadarghat Bridge.
