Delhivery

Extremely bad service. Forget about home delivery or roadside delivery, they don't even give a call that my parcel have arrived. I go myself to ask get my parcel and when I reach the Delhivery counter on my own expense, cherry on the top- Rude employees unwilling to do their duties!nnDelhivery Mokokchung employees got me feeling guilty like I went there to steal from themud83dude05

One delivery agent has attitude problem. Doesn't deliver the goods till our home and calls out to come pick it up mid-way. Has rough talking tone and is hard to approach.

Utterly disappointed!!!!nWORST COSTUMER SERVICE I HAVE EXPERIENCED!nI’m most annoyed that I wasted my entire day waiting for the item to be delivered, wherein the representative didn’t even attempted to deliver the item. They fool the costumer by sending message that they have attempted and will try again tomorrow, which goes for days!!!! And at the end we have to go and get it by ourselves.

I hope none of my items are shipped using Delhivery. Such arrogant and proud workers with zero customer service. Customer care should come first before thinking of profit.

Worst courier service ever... They don't do home delivery always ask the customer to come pick their packages... Making silly excuses saying that ua package s a large box while it's actually not n sometimes they say that there's shortage of delivery workers so asking the customer to collect the packages .
