I had a family function in Puri and had to book multiple cabs (more than 40) to and from Bhubaneswar at multiple times. All the cabs were good, drivers were professional, and the arrangements made were smooth. The rates were also very good compared to other companies in that area.

Nice concept and service. I have opted it and satisfied. One thing to be developed - if some one has booked vehicle , the company should provide the vehicle and driver details 48 hours before starting of journey date at least not at 11th hour.

My wife and me have 4 night-5 days bespoke pilgrimage and excursion tour of Konark, Puri, Chilka Lake and Bhubaneswar (BBI) during second week of January 2020. We engaged travelHelp for logictical assistence. Hotel at Puri for 3 days was arranged and booked by TravelHelp and Cab for 3 days was provided by TravelHelp. I am pleased to say that the service provided by Travelhelp was of excellent nature for both these processes. We stayed 1 night at BBI and 3 nigts at Puri. For 1 days there was one set of driver/cab and for next 2 days, it was another set of driver/cab. The cabs was almost well maintained and drivers were professional, maintained schedule and customer friendly. Cab picked us up from BBI airport and after all travel as per plan, dropped us back at BBI airport.The charges were reasonable. The hotel booked was also cost-effective and reasonably nice compared to many other options (hotels) in Puri. We had satisfying darshans at Jagannath dham and many other temples.
