The owner is a nice person... But the staff is indifferent. They don't know how to behave with customers. They don't care about post sales services. Charge extra if one purchases using credit card

waste behaviour, after purchase not attentive to customer. Product did not work after deliver, makes lot of trouble exchange. No professionalism even paid more than Amazon price.nnGo for online purchase, hassle free.

Worst service, worst staff behaviour. Please don't visit this shop. They don't know how to treat customers. They don't give discounts, staff behaviour is also very bad, don't even receive electronic accessories for repairing in warranty period.

Bought carrier ac 1.5 ton from Sp sales.08.05.2019nAc from day of installation till now.no cooling.nInitially E3 issue. Not working properlynCustomer support lodged complaint to higher levels.But no technician turns up.nAgain called customer support they take a complaint again,no technician turn up.no one picks the call.He tries to call area manager.No one picks the call.Tired of calling. complaining.service is very bad.
