Lakme Salon

My sister recently went there. According to her was a bit professional but still were much of an underdog. The bangs she asked them to make they messed it up and need a better stylist to be present and well price is way higher than the service. Decent place for any woman to get a simple haircut I would say✨

The experience with the salon was a complete disaster. We had booked for 2 high value makeup bookings back to back.nHere is the detailed experience:nWe booked for the bridal makeup 13 days prior to the marriage day.n1) The marriage was supposed to start at 6:30 am in the morning. We specifically asked if they will be able to get me ready by 6:30 am as we know it's quite an early hour for anyone. They readily agreed for it and asked us for an advance of 10k which we immediately paid. I was asked to reach the salon by 4:30 am in the morning.n2) While booking for the makeup we had chosen 16k HD Airbrush makeup for the morning time and 20k Ultra HD Airbrush for the evening time. The manager clearly told us that we can change it at the time of makeup as well.n3) Marriage Day - I started calling the manager at 4:15 am in the morning to check whether the makeup artist has reached. The number was switched off. I thought to reach the salon and check if they have opened it for us. We waited at the salon for an hour and after trying many numbers we could contact the personnel in whose number we had done the advance payment waiting for an hour the salon was opened.nThe marriage muhrat was at 6:30 and I reached the mandap at 7:45 am.n4) Also in the entire duration of the service the salon professionals behaved like they were doing a favor to us. For the evening they were again doing a slow service and I reached the venue at 9 PM in the night.nnBTW, looking at their service in the morning I asked the bridal expert to stick with 16k pack for the evening as well.nAfter an week when we went for payment the manager was extremely unprofessional and rude to my mother and said they had done both the makeup as 20K each.nnExtremely disappointed and had been given a chance I would have given a 0 or minus rating for this salon.

Safety is priority. Friendly and polite staff. Overall good service.

Worst service. Worst receptionist. Worst technician. They don't know to talk properly to a elite customer. If you raise a complain still no action they just block your number.
