Tickets are not issued with seat numbers. I took ticket for balcony . But they asked me to sit in lower class. They said that seats in balcony are full.I asked them " If seats are filled in balcony y r u issuing tickets for balcony, better issue tickets for lower class only". They had no replay. And said "if u want to watch movie then u hav to go to lower class, there s no other option and ticket s non refundable". Even picture quality and inner ambiance is so poor. Those who wish to enjoy movie with better comforts shall better avoid this theatre
