I come from downtown Lansing because I love this laundromat. I use the same washers and dryers every single time I go here. I love this place! I refuse to go anywhere else! Tonight they stayed open 20 minutes maybe while my caregiver got my stuff out of the dryers and in bags. Love the bags.

WOW!!!!!!! Yesterday was the first time my hubby and I visited this laundry. Even though it was 7:45am the owner Brian came out to our car figuring we were doing a drop off. We explained that this was our first time at his laundermat would we be able to come in and do our own laundry. Brian explained they were doing a large order of laundry and we were welcome to come in. Brian thoroughly explained how the laundry worked and the features they had to offer. We were so pleased and surprised that he would stop what he was doing to help us understand. This is the cleanliest laundry I have seen in along time. Tammy one of the workers was sanitizing the washers and dryers as each person finished. Every worker we encountered was friendly and helpful. Supplies are provided to the customer,several options on how to operate the machines, etc....They even have masks, and disposable gloves for customers to use. Even though we live a 20 minute drive away this laundry is worth it. We both used the restrooms and they were spotless. Thank you Brian and Tammy for taking pride in your establishment it shows.!!!!! God bless each worker and thank you Brian for a wonderful experience. :-)

I have been a client since the week this business opened, and always enjoyed great customer service and the new, clean environment. However, I recently chose to use their new laundromat services and my favorite coat was returned missing a button and belt. Since September 30th, I have called and spoken with an employee 3 times about this issue; twice I requested to speak to Brian (owner) and he still has not gotten back to me. I would love to resolve this issue ASAP. This is especially upsetting because I insisted on paying for this service even though a clerical error listed that I did not owe them for the dry cleaning.

Convenient parking, clean, well attended facility. The machines were in good working order. They offer drop off and pick up service as well as delivery. Even though it's a bit of a drive for me to get there I would definitely go back here again.

I travel from Lansing's south side to do my washing here. It's safe, clean, and has WiFi. The staff are friendly and keep an eye out for their customers. They offer pick up and drop off service as well. There's also coin and app pay.
