12 dollars to press clothes and dry clean. Tried to give specific instructions originally, cashier told me it's better not to give specific instructions so she doesn't confuse the operator. She ruined them. Let her try again with my specific instructions and it doesn't even look like they tried to fix them. Now I am out 12 bucks ironing my own clothes because I need them by 0800 tomorrow morning and the operators don't get in till 0800. Thanks star crest! Lost my business and anyone who comes in from out of town that I used to refer. Anyone know a good dry cleaners in Springfield?
