Not as good as their branch in Amritsar. Staff is rude. Service is slow, you have to wait a long time in queue for billing, even the prices of items aren't as good as we have seen at their other branches. Even Some of their items are at high prices than market. But one thing is better than Amritsar branch that there is no bad smells of rats at grocery area.nSecurity is loose enough because security guard forgot to check the bills at gate and ask for bill after his senior tells him to check the invoice.nOver all my shopping experience wasn't as good as D Mart & Vishal Mega Mart Amritsar.

The experience was good. there was too much variety and everything was cheaper than market. The only that is not good was the place is cunjusted and the billing counter is very small

Untrained staff. Dirty store. Quality of stuff below average. Even china products got better quality then this stores items. Customet service 0/10. Below standard service. We was shopping in Vishal mega mart but it feels like shopping in slum.

Quality of stuff is very poor . Untrained staff vry messy nobody is there to guide we hv to find clothes frm the messy stuff not properly arranged
