I've never hired launderers before, & I was anxious about this one. It was well worth what I paid, because they did an outstanding job and brought my clothes on hangers, my pants on hangers and my towels and sheets folded nicely. It was such a pleasure seeing what they'd done! I will definitely hire them again. Very happy customer.

I originally had a bad experience, however I’ve owned my own business so I fully understand things do happen and felt I should give the service 1 more try. The pick up drop off service is awesome, very affordable, and a time saver for sure. My clothes are very nicely folded. I have the option of what laundry products I want to put on my clothes. Mark (the driver) is very helpful and friendly, Becky (the laundry service manager) was extremely helpful and very friendly, and Jonathan (the owner) did his best to make a bad experience better. I will use this service again.

Such a great laundromat! Very clean, and super friendly employees. I know it's 2020 but I was amazed I could run the dryer and washers with my phone. The best place hands down that I've ever done my laundry. Clean machines, super fast dryers. Didn't have to spend a whole lot of time in there either. IT WAS SOOOO CLEAN! I can't say that enough!

Being a truck driver isn’t easy especially when you only have a little bit of time home. I love the fact that I drop dirty clothes off when I pull in for the weekend. Before I head back to the truck, I just run by and pick it up. More family time!!!!

I wish that all laundromats were as nice & clean as this one. It's one of the best in Knox co, the only place I will wash my clothes. I like that I can scan a qr code and pay with my phone. I'm glad I googled and found WaveMax!
