Super slow in response.nWas told that amount paid in cash for medicines would be settled in a week or we shall receive an email for the same and its been more than a month and no response from them. Was told that there's only one employee who takes care of the file and he has gone for leaves due to which our vase got delayed and that personal shall return on 2nd Feb 2021, wondering if thats how they really work. Although its unbelievable.
