They are not proffessional in terms of technical skill and they are having certified engineers can handle and understand the problem. They will temper your phone or give you excuses which you never heard in your life . BeawarennSuggesting you not to buy MI brand as company was unable to provide you warrantly support. My experience there was ok. They don't take much time in processing but staff there is a little rude

Not a good experience. Technician over there are no better than some local mobile repair shop guy. If something went wrong in motherboard they should check and repair that issue instead of simply replacing the motherboard.nAlso I didn't like the service, the girl on the other side of reception was busy on some personal phone call while customer was waiting for his turn in queue.
