They have the worst service i have ever received at any hotel. Nothing id working in the room, wifi, chiller, TV, warm water just Nothing. Inspite of repeated calls they are unable to serve. Rest the ambiance is good but service is worst.

You have limited places when you plan to go out with your family in Purulia. This is one of them. Location - 5 out of 5 Ambiance & atmosphere - 5 out of 5 Staff behaviour - 5 out of 5 Taste - Starters are good. Main course is ok ok. N yeah. U can go with your kids.
