Most 3rd class place for family. Terrible, nasty behaviour by the manager and owner, we don't expect such behaviour from any gentleman. We've just complained about the untidy towel and they've shown their real place. They do not have any idea or manners how to treat with customers. Rooms are small, shabby, dirty with horrible bathroom, room services are ok and foods are pathetic. Not recommended to go to that place. If there is option for minus rating, I could give.

Pathetic service. Rude Staff. Reception staff, mainly owner and manager is beyond worst!! Very bad hotel to stay. Better not to stay here.

Should give -1 star. Rubbish Hotel. The manager and owner should know how to treat customer before running a hotel. Such a disgrace. Worst rooms and illiterate owner's so dirty behaviour!! Never recommended this shot hotel.

Very poor customer management and overpriced if compared to the service. Manager and especially owner need to be polite, professional and learn a lot. Don't know anything about hotel management principles. But I think at first they should learn how to talk with the customers ..

Abhorred the behaviour of the staff. Uncouth and uncivilised behaviour. There name is an irony as it far from being best. For me, the superlative degree of good is used only when in terms of service you can satisfy your guests. They were far from being good. Suggestion to the hotel is to improve their attitude towards guests. From my personal experience, I have travelled a lot of places and have put up in various kinds of hotels. however, the staff of most of the hotels had being courteous. In this hotel, the managers had denied to provide the bare minimum. Disgusted with the stay. I had gone there during New Years to celebrate, but their behavior hampered much of the fun.
