They rip you off by charging one ticket fare as their service charges and not informing you about the charges. Better book the tickets for safari from a govt. website directly. Totally unprofessional and a rip off.!

Arrogant and rude people to call with least respect to customer queries. Highly suspicious about how they deal once someone reaches there. A total no no to this organizer.
