I used Abhimanyu travels bus service for my journey between SGNR n Delhi. My boarding point was Ridhi Sidhi Enclave gate. The timing mentioned online was 4:45am on abhimanyu travels n 5:10am on Make my trip. I got a call from the bus conductor at 4:37 stating the bus will reach in 2 minutes. I reached my pickup point at 4:40am to find the bus had left already. The next call to him stated that the bus has already reached near Jansewa hospital, 5 km ahead. I had to travel all the way ahead by myself to board the bus just because the conductor n driver behaved so unprofessionally. Even another lady passenger whose boarding point was Chahal Chowk faced d same misery. The staff should learn their service etiquette n never misbehave especially with lady passengers stranding them on the road in an early dark winter morning. They had no right to leave behind the passengers before the stipulated timing.nExtremely disturbing n disgusting experience with Abhimanyu travels

I have booked bus ticket but, neither bus arrived not picked up call.nVery very bad service,nExtremely bad service so please it's my humble request not to book tickets on abhimanyu bus service

I have book my ticket from delhi to abohar..nBut in between they are changing the bus through dabwali..nBot response earlier also that you have to change the bus in betweennNot only this they charge the money of single seat sleeper & give me the seat in double sleeper that is very unprofessionaly deal with me.nCustomer satisfaction 0 rating need to givenFraud service started

It was a bit congested and extra passengers were borded in the morning without ticket for over the top income.
