Pathetic service. Very very unprofessional. Bus time is 11:30 and it's been 2 and half hours that bus is still standing. So if you have any emergency please never pick this bus. As they have no sense of time and peoples money. Think twice before you book this pathetic bus.

-There is not any first add box available at office as well in bus.n-Behavior was very rude when asking about some painkiller tablet in night because my shoulder is paining very badly.n-They took rent of ganganagar to ludhiyana when I want to stay off at bathinda.n-Overall service was very low grade so I recommend not to choose for travel.
