Improper service. They made me to wait nearly 40 minutes . Simply telling they will be coming in 5 minutes. Moreover the doc seems to gave Improper treatment to a pet and it died ( as other pet owner was talking to me) ao I decided to walk off. Then I took my pet to besant animal hospital ( formerly blue cross in besant nagar chennai) . It is great. Dedicated doctors and staff. Minimal charge great service. I was treating my 5 pets since 1990.

This place doesnt deserve a rating. We left our shih tzu (2.5 years) for a week. She was a very lively and happy dog. They didnt feed her for 5 days out of 6. When we brought her back on the 7 day she didnt even wiggle her tail., which was unusual for our Chilo. She passed away 2 days later while suffering from indigestion and internal bleeding. We were put into absolute sorrow because of the carelessness of this vet and his shelter. Worse part is if he had told us that she wasnt eating, we could have started other treatments as soon as possible.nnPlease don't trust this vet and his shelter even if they assure you that they would take care especially with smaller breeds. I'm writing this to let others know that you could potentially lose your loved pet for these careless and mindless people who don't have a care for your pet. It is unfortunate that we got caught in this whirlpool but please don't put your pet through the pain ours went through!
