The showroom is with 4 or 5 staffs sufficient enought to take care of the customer needs.nnThere were no big queue when I visited this shop to get my duplicate SIM card. I have been charged ₹25. But it suppose to be free according to customer care.nnThe executive I met was so interactive and patient to explain about the Airtel one plan.nnShowroom is located few meter away from main road makes very good spacious parking.nnThe shop is not so clean.

Main show room for Cuddalore and around area's. Fast processing from any network postpaid to airtel postpaid, any network postpaid to airtel prepaid, any network prepaid to airtel postpaid, any network prepaid to airtel prepaid.

Customer service is worst, staffs not knowledgeable. Every person response is different from another person in Airtel Store for the same issue.
