TVS Supply Chain Solutions - Ki Mobility Solutions Private Limited - TVS Auto Mobile Solutions Pvt Ltd

Got my i10 serviced a month ago through gobumpr. Thought it would just be a routine service which could cost me 4-5k. To my surprise, was given a quote of 28k which I agreed for thinking it is for the car's upkeep. It took 3days initially. Later when the car was ready for delivery, was told that the quote given had wrong totalling and I have to pay 39k. After some argument, I ended up paying it. Within next 20 days, I had two issues and one of it related to breaking. I'm appalled by the service quality from TVS. Now today, have battery issue. When I raised it, they said it was normal when they checked and it is just needing recharging. Pathetic service and exhorbitant bill.

Such a idiotic company with a useless staffs. That's all i can say.
