Such a good place to have proper customer service. The service response will be slow but the way of approach is good. The BSNL is improving a lot and lot. Now at present in 2020 the Bsnl is very cheap. The office is very big and also situated in the city the customers are able to approach very easily to the office. At the time of 11.00AM the office will be in full of crowd. I think that the staffs should be implemented a little to improve their service.
