Very worst service i have seen so far.. delay in delivery poor customer service more than that the number given here is often switched off or not responsible... If there is zero star then this is the best postal service to receive zero ratings

Worst Customer Service ever saw in my life .. totaly 4 out of 5 ST courier delivery I had only bad experience..nn1st they won't give home deliveryn2nd they wou't even intimate or call and inform you that ur package has been arrived..n3rd No contact number available to reach their branch.nn3 times they kept my parcel for more than a week in their office itself..even that to for Netmeds.com order..nnYou guys never will grow like professional...

This is the worst courier service . They don deliver parcel as soon as they receive them(more than 5 days it is lying with them). When I call the hub , they don't pick up and when I call a diff branch number they are using abusive words(come on these kind of cheap words are not what customer wants to hear and it definitely takes a toll on our mental peace for the day ). This is totally not professional and they absolutely have NO WORK ETHICS.nTOTALLY DISAPPOINTED. NEVER EVER GOING TO USE THIS COURIER SERVICE AGAIN.
