Branch is lazy in processing cusomer request. I wonder if it because of people or nature of the management. Lastnight A person called up and talked about the request I gave a week ago. He was checking if he can process. I was wondering if he was sleeping this long for this trivial non-money related request.nnNodal officer mail is useless. They don't respond at all.nCustomer care is another notorious comedian by the way.nnOn July 2nd, I visited branch manager who provided false promise.nnToday 14th July, my request is still not processed. Absolutely useless branch. Better shut this off.

It had a great customer service years back,nNow the staffs are lacking in basic banking knowledge and they try to avoid answering you all time.nBefore doing any upgrade in banking system please take some special classes for your staffs.
