The worst place I have ever seen. Our cloths stains were not removed and the staff attitude is very rude, they are not professional. Please avoid giving ur valuable cloths here

I gave a silk saree for dry washing to them .The saree had turmeric & Saffron stains.While i gave saree the lady on the counter assured that , the turmeric & saffron colors will be removed for sure.nnI went and collected saree on Oct-05-20. After coming home I checkednthe stains are still present on saree .I called them immediately informed to them. I went to shop & return saree around 1 pm on Oct-6-20.nnThat time also they didn’t tell anything( Same staff lady) . After 2 hour they called me saying saree stains will not remove . We can’t do anything on it . Please come to shop & collect saree. Find attached saree photos.nnOffice staff is very bad they don't know how to talk to customer also.nnMy personal request please don't give good quality clothes to them . Its pure waste of time & money.

Horrid horrid experience. DONOT give them your clothes if you value them. The quality of clothes massively deteriorate after they handle it. They have no sense of professionalism, they will guarantee delivery of clothes in a week and then delay it by 2 weeks.

I give 0 points for quality, value, responsiveness, punctuality. These guys have completely ruined my Jack and Jones leather jacket . PLEASE DO NOT GIVE YOUR PRECIOUS AND EXPENSIVE CLOTHES TO THEM. I went 10-12 times to their shop for picking my jacket and atlast I got the ruined jacket. They do not even take responsibility. They have harassed me so much.

This shop is one waste dry cleaning shop in Kondapur Sri Ram Nagar,nStaff is least responsible about customers and these guys will take 4 weeks for delivery and even washing looks horrible.nNot at all satisfied.
