Delayed delivery. Only after we reached the store on the planned delivery date, they mentioned that it's not ready, come some other time

Horrible service. They take clothes and promise to deliver them within the stipulated 5 days but end up delivering them after more than 10 days. It had happened with me 4 times in a row and i have decided not to give my clothes to them anymore. The head office number is always unanswered, customer care em,ail ID is not functioning, the delivery guys don't pick up the calls. very bad service.

All clothes were spoiled. Had to call about 10-12 times before they actually came to take the clothes after 4 days even after mentioning it was urgent.nnSpoiled half the clothes, pretty some they used some of them and dropped some liquid causing permanent stain and damage.nnReceived after 9 days, just for 10 clothes after calling them 10 times everyday.nnHad a really bad experience. Give your laundry to any other service.

Late delivery. It takes 5 working days. It is not 5 days. It is 5 WORKING days.
