Monsoons are the best time to go, it's lush green everywhere. Things to remember, there will be no shade so be prepared to take the brunt of hot sun during the afternoon. Also take picnic blankets to seat. It's highly recommended to carry your own garbage bag as there will be no places to clear your garbage. The road to the location from Hyderabad is pretty good, except for the last stretch where it gets a bit bumpy with relatively high speed breakers, so cars with low ground clearance need to be careful.

It's best to view and trek . All green mountains . We were a week late for missing the streams of rain waters. The huge lake and the artificial waterfall is enjoyable too ...

Place is beautiful, but as usual no basic amenities like drinking water, washrooms are locked! But, like always there is fees to come here! 2 Stars for the place only.

This place is good for trekking and very close proximity to Hyderabad.
