Basic facility viz checking n security checking point to be increased keeping in view the traffic n present situation specially the COVID, rest would be fine simultaneously.

To my utmost surprise even during this covid situation the airport was horribly managed...with honeycombs all over the roof of exit/entrance gate...dried leaves all over n dirty...i wad ashamed to see its situation as i belong to this place n was exited comming here...i would hv rated zero star if possible...

Airport is good in service. Size of airport is small. Take sharing texi from Gorakhpur bus stop to reach there. Do not go for reserve taxi if you have time.

Worst arrangements for boarding , sitting arrangements, passengers has to sit in open , no arrangements of drinking water,even there is no there is no proper announcement of delayed flights at airport, no further information about delayed flight thru any sms , passengers have to wait since long w/o any information, Gorakhpur Rly. Station is much better than in terms of facilities.nI think Civil Aviation Authority of Gorakhpur has look into all aspects.
