Its good a place with some great owners, price might be a little much it seems but the owners like nice things an they keep everything maintained to a professional standard

THEY HAVE BEEN GOOD TO ME but the LOW RATE to get in here LOOKS PRETTY NICE. If you don't mind not having electricity. BUT AFTER BEING HERE A FEW YEARS, PEOPLE NEED TO KNOW, THEY RAISE THE RENT $10.00 A MONTH EACH YEAR YOUR HERE. I AM PAYING FOR OUTSIDE PARKING. Thats alot of money going up each year to park our extra cars here if your on disability or low income status. The place is very well maintained and he just built brand new extra buildings....must have cost at least $300,000 and bought some mobile storage containers. I started at 55. now 75. from 660 a year to 900. uggg. NEXT YEAR THAT'S A $1020,0O FOR OUTSIDE PARKING.
